Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist or Specialist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of dental care and excellent patient communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
• If a specialist, perform advanced treatments in your field of expertise.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create detailed treatment plans and discuss options with patients.
• Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
• Ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.
• Collaborate with other dental care professionals in the clinic.
• Uphold the clinic’s standards for excellent patient care and service.

Requirements:

• Qualification: BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license to practice.
• Proven experience as a general dentist or specialist (atleast 2 years).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple patients and provide personalized care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred:

• Specialization in pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery.
• Experience in a multi-specialty dental environment.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and specialization. (To be discussed during the interview process.)
