Our mission is to create meaningful experiences that inspire, engage, and impact lives at scale. Role Description This is a full-time/part-time remote working role for a Head of Content at GenAIcons. The Head of Content is a pivotal leadership role in an AI-first startup — you’ll not only craft content strategies but also build and lead a high-performing content team . The role involves managing the content creation process for the application and across digital media platforms, develop and implement content strategies, oversee the content management system, and ensure high-quality content development. The role also includes editorial oversight and ensuring that all content aligns with the company's brand and objectives. Who are we looking for A visionary content leader with 5+ years of experience in content creation, editorial, or digital storytelling. Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development. An AI-first mindset — comfortable leveraging new tools for ideation, production, and optimization. Proven experience in building and scaling content teams. Strong grasp in Creating Stories, Content Management, and Editorial processes. A passion for meaningful storytelling, innovation, and spirituality (a plus).
