About the Company: Growing AI-driven financial intelligence startup based in Chennai, MetAntz's client Role Overview: Full-time, on-site position in Chennai Focus on building and optimizing LLM-powered RAG systems Develop intelligent financial research and data retrieval solutions Key Responsibilities: Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for financial data Build and maintain vector databases for financial document indexing and retrieval Optimize embedding strategies for financial content and company information Develop context-aware LLM systems that leverage proprietary financial datasets Create robust retrieval mechanisms for accurate information extraction Fine-tune retrieval and generation components for domain-specific use cases Implement evaluation frameworks to measure RAG system performance and accuracy Requirements: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG implementations Strong expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.) Proficiency in embedding models and similarity search techniques Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) Strong Python programming skills and ML/AI libraries Knowledge of document processing and chunking strategies Understanding of information retrieval and ranking algorithms Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI infrastructure Preferred Skills: Background in financial data processing or fintech applications Experience with knowledge graph integration Familiarity with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning Understanding of enterprise-grade AI system deployment Additional Details: Location: Chennai (on-site role), Candidates in Chennai preferred for quick joining Position Type: Full-time Chance to work with a startup and learn quickly from experienced team members and great exposure.
