As an AI/ML Engineer (Python) at Telepathy Infotech, you will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning and GenAI applications in real-world scenarios. You will be part of a passionate team of technologists working on innovative digital solutions for clients across industries. To excel in this role, you should have strong Python skills and experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience in GenAI development using APIs such as Google Gemini, Hugging Face, Grok, etc. is highly desirable. A solid understanding of ML, DL, NLP, and LLM concepts is essential along with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline creation. Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, MySQL/PostgreSQL, AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway), LangGraph, serverless architectures, and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, will be advantageous. Proficiency in version control using Git is also required. Ideally, you should have a B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience or a strong project/internship background in AI/ML. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn emerging technologies are key qualities we are looking for in candidates.
