GenAI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI agents for infrastructure operations (e.g., auto-remediation, provisioning, alert management).

Develop application-level agents for workflow automation, decision support, and user experience enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into existing systems using APIs, pipelines, and orchestration tools.

Apply ethical AI principles including transparency, traceability, and responsible usage.

Optimize agent performance through memory modules, planning modules, and tool execution layers.

Contribute to the development of reusable agent templates and accelerators for rapid deployment.

Evaluate and fine-tune models using platforms like Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or Langchain.

Technical Skills:

AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Langchain, LlamaIndex

Gen AI Platforms: Vertex AI Agent Builder, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio

Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL

Infrastructure Tools: ServiceNow, Datadog, Moogsoft, Resolve

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

Agent Architecture: Planning modules, memory modules, tool execution, intent-based communication

Security & Governance: Experience with AI control planes, auditability, and explainability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-agent orchestration platforms like Cognizants Neuro AI Accelerator 3.

Exposure to enterprise-grade deployments and integration with microservices and app stores.

Familiarity with ethical AI practices and compliance frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
