5,8+ years of experience in solution engineering or software development, with hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js, and experience with API development.Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face).Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of data engineering, MLOps, and integration patterns.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; cloud or AI certifications preferred.Understanding of security, compliance, and ethical AI principles.Seeking Solution Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for wealth management platforms. This role will focus on building scalable integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance while leveraging GenAI to enhance client and advisor experiences.Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and developers to implement GenAI-based solutions.Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and AI models into wealth management applications.Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and production-ready solutions using GenAI frameworks and tools.Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI-driven components.Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and ethical AI standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model deployment and integration.Document technical designs, integration patterns, and best practices.Support cloud-native deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and user experience.
