Position: Gen AI POD Lead UI/UX Tech Lead

Role Overview:

UI/UX Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Gen AI-powered applications with a focus on UI/UX excellence.
Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using
React.js
; familiarity with
Angular
is a plus.
Evaluate and apply modern design patterns, architecture standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, data science, and product to deliver cohesive solutions.
Ensure application compatibility, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Work with
Next.js
or
Node.js
based APIs for seamless integration.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the Gen AI CoE.
Stay updated with emerging trends in Gen AI, UI/UX, and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years
of experience in software development with a strong focus on UI/UX.
Proven expertise in
React.js
and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Experience with
Next.js
,
Node.js
, and API integration.
Experience in API integration.
Solid understanding of application security, performance, and compatibility.
Exposure to
Angular
is advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in leading innovation initiatives or CoEs is highly desirable.
