Gen AI

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the GenAI development team to ensure clear understanding of the design approach & implementation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide product updates.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies to provide informed support to the team.

• Ensure all products developed conform to high standards of security, quality, performance, resiliency, and compliance.

• Responsible for understanding, designing, and writing test scenarios and test cases; updating test cases based on the requirement changes.

• Responsible for bug classification & analysis using defect tracking tools such as JIRA.

• Check the feasibility of requirements whether they could be automated or if there are some cases that must stay as manual.

• Reporting results and feedback to software development teams and stakeholders.

• Maintaining documentation for automated processes, test results, and troubleshooting guides.
