Gen AI Developer Specialist

Required Total Exp : 6 to 12yrs

3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on agentic or generative AI.

Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, C#, or other relevant languages.

Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps tools.

Strong understanding of AI agent design patterns and multi-agent systems.

Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen.

Develop and integrate RAG pipelines to enhance agents' reasoning with external knowledge.

Build multi-agent communication protocols for seamless collaboration.

Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Bedrock) into business workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers.

Ensure responsible deployment of generative AI through robust evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools.

Work on cloud platforms (especially Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployment.

Responsibilities:

Resolve complex production issues in an expedient manner, independently or in collaboration with others.

Perform root cause analysis and devise, test, and implement solutions.

Collaborate and coordinate work with other team members and teams (Infrastructure, ETL, Data, etc.) to meet deliverables and deadlines.

Identify recurring issues and requests and propose solutions to address them or enhance efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process automation and assist in implementation.

Document procedures so that work can be handed over to Level 1 and 2 Application Support

Assist in development, testing, and other Enterprise BI & Analytics team activities and projects as needed.
