Gen AI + BE Engineer

As a Senior Node.js Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven backend systems and workflows. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining REST APIs for large-scale automation and data processing, as well as providing end-to-end operational support for backend tools and services. Collaboration with over 60 backend engineers across functions will be essential to drive seamless execution, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of the backend infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven backend systems and workflows. - Build and maintain REST APIs for large-scale automation and data processing. - Provide end-to-end operational support for backend tools and services. - Collaborate effectively with 60+ backend engineers across functions to drive seamless execution. - Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js (Extremely strong expertise required). - Strong experience in REST API development, integration, and automation. - Experience working with GenAI frameworks and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.). - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and backend system design. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. - A committed, energetic, and self-driven mindset someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.,
