Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Jewellery (B2C) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Retail Sales B2C Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our retail jewellery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C luxury or fine jewellery sales, with a proven ability to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This role demands deep product knowledge, persuasive selling skills, and the ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise. Understand customer needs and preferences to offer suitable jewellery options (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.). Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets. Handle premium/VIP customers with discretion and personalized service. Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, metal purity, hallmarking, gemstone grading, and pricing. Demonstrate jewellery pieces with confidence and educate customers on craftsmanship, certifications, and after-sales services. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service, timely follow-ups, and personal engagement. Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools or systems. Handle after-sales service queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Operational Support: Assist in daily store operations, including stock display, replenishment, and product arrangement. Conduct basic quality checks and ensure security and handling protocols are followed. Participate in physical stock counts and store events or promotional campaigns. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. High level of personal grooming and professional presentation. Knowledge of POS systems, billing software, and CRM tools. Ability to understand client buying behavior and close high-value sales confidently. Preferred Attributes: Certified training in sales or jewellery (e.g., GIA, IGI, or similar) is an advantage. Strong client network or existing HNI clientele is a plus. Ability to work weekends, festive periods, and peak seasons with flexibility. Salary Bracket: As per Industry norms.
