Inventory Management & Forecasting: * Develop and implement effective inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and maximize stock turns. * Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning for existing and new products, utilizing historical data and market insights. * Monitor inventory levels across various channels (retail stores, online, wholesale) and initiate replenishment orders as needed. * Manage production schedules and lead times with manufacturing units (internal or external vendors) to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. * Identify and manage slow-moving inventory, proposing strategies for liquidation or repurposing. 3.
