The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Marketing to lead our sales and marketing operations across domestic and international markets. Based in Nashik, we are focused on quality, innovation, and timely delivery to power utilities and OEMs across the country. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Production Manager to lead the entire production operations of our oil and resin cast instrument transformer units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, execution, and capacity planning, ensuring timely output without compromising quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: A. Production Management: * Lead daily operations of production lines for both Oil-immersed and Resin Cast CTs/VTs. * Ensure timely execution of production schedules while meeting quality and cost targets. * Plan, monitor, and control production processes to ensure optimal resource utilization. * Coordinate with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Stores to ensure smooth workflow. B. Planning & Capacity Utilization: * Develop and implement short-term and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts and order bookings. * Analyze production capacity vs. demand and plan capacity expansion or optimization strategies. * Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and materials in line with the production plan. C. Team & Process Leadership: * Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians across various departments (winding, assembly, oil filling, curing, testing, etc.). * Mentor and train team members to improve e iciency and skill levels. D. Monitoring & Reporting: * Monitor daily production KPIs such as productivity, downtime, rejection rates, and delivery timelines. * Prepare and present periodic production reports to senior management. * Drive cost reduction through process improvements and waste control. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee our entire quality management system. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality from incoming material inspection (vendor side) to final product delivery (customer side). This role will play a key part in maintaining our quality standards, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Key Responsibilities: A. Quality Assurance (QA): * Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards. * Ensure product quality and consistency across all manufacturing processes. * Lead internal and external audits; drive corrective and preventive actions. * Establish quality KPIs and monitor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare quality documentation such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), etc. B. Quality Control (QC): * Supervise incoming raw material/component inspection and testing. * Oversee in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality testing instruments and equipment. * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and non-conformance management (NCR, CAPA). C. Customer Quality: * Interface with customers on quality-related matters, including complaint resolution and audit compliance. * Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with customers and third-party agencies. * Maintain documentation and traceability for customer-specific quality requirements. D.
