The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Marketing to lead our sales and marketing operations across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: 💼 Sales & Business Development • Lead sales efforts in domestic and export markets, meeting sales targets across product lines. • Build strong relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPC contractors, and international customers. • Identify and penetrate new market segments and untapped regions. 📈 Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies aligned with company goals. • Drive branding initiatives, industry event participation, and digital campaigns. 👥 Team Leadership • Lead, motivate, and manage regional & international sales teams. • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster skill development. 📊 Forecasting & Planning • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and future pipeline plans. • Monitor sales performance and deliver actionable insights to management. 🤝 Customer Relationship Management • Manage key accounts ensuring satisfaction and retention. • Oversee resolution of customer concerns, support tenders, contract negotiations, and pricing approvals. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong understanding of the CT/VT industry (oil & resin cast) or similar sectors. ✅ Proven track record in sales growth and team management. ✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ✅ Knowledge of tender processes and utility/vendor registration procedures. ✅ Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. Requirements: • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) • 6–8 years of experience in sales/marketing of electrical equipment, ideally in instrument transformers or HV/LV switchgear. • Experience managing domestic & international markets is highly desirable.
