Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytically driven professional who knows the art of tender analysis and can present the tender data in a way that is simple, visually appealing, and actionable. The candidate would need to Identify what must be analyzed and why and then create a tender analytics approach including data collection, data analysis using statistical techniques, and presenting the key findings. Candidate should be able to analyze data and then turn it into strategic advantage. 1. The purpose of the tender analysis activity is to identify if the product category or a similar product category in the Custom/BOQ bid on GeM or CPPP bid exists on GeM portal or not and prepare a report of the findings. 2. The purpose of the Request Management System (where requests from various stakeholder are received in specified forms) analysis is to identify if the product category or a similar product category exists on GeM portal or not and escalate to the concerned category manager and monitor progress and submit periodic reports. Key Responsibility Areas:  Understanding of contracts and public procurement is required  Clear understanding of product specifications  Broad understanding of various items procured on the GeM portal  Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from different sources  Identify, evaluate, validate data and perform statistical analysis and experiments to derive meaningful business insights.  Generate reports in accurate and timely manner  Ability to work with large data-sets, both structured and unstructured data  Proactively analyze data with an eye on what drives business performance. Investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.  Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into actionable through reports, dashboards, presentations.  A data-driven, solution oriented professional with good working experience of Microsoft Excel.  An understanding of e-commerce analytics will be preferred. Professional Qualifications  Minimum 4 years of work experience as data analyst or tender analyst.  Prior experience in e-commerce industry / public procurement will be preferred. Required Skills  Proven experience in working with MS Excel. Work experience in Advance Excel, Macro will be preferred.  Strong attention to detail  Strong analytical skills  Good interpersonal skills  Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure during critical incidents  Capability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment.
