Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tendering and Documentation Specialist. This role involves managing the tendering process for projects and ensuring accurate documentation throughout various project phases.

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and analyze the various project requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Maintain documentation for ongoing projects, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in any field preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in any field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
