Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) to work directly with the Managing Director and CFO , supporting both financial operations and executive-level coordination. This dual role requires a blend of analytical finance expertise, business acumen, and administrative precision, with opportunities for cross-functional and international exposure. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting: Oversee daily accounting and financial operations across group entities. Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and financial dashboards for leadership review. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax returns, and ROC compliance. Assist with annual audit coordination (Statutory, Internal, GST), liaising with auditors and consultants. Support costing and pricing models for fragrance compounds and essential oils. Monitor inventory valuation and cost optimization across manufacturing sites. Contribute to financial planning for capital expenditures, export growth, and expansion projects. Provide financial due diligence and investment analysis for new business opportunities. Executive Assistance (to MD/CFO): Manage calendars, internal and external meeting coordination, follow-ups, and travel plans. Draft reports, investor decks, board presentations, and confidential communications. Track and prioritize action items from leadership meetings; ensure timely execution. Interface with senior-level customers, suppliers, and strategic partners when required. Manage sensitive documents including contracts, NDAs, and government filings. Business Strategy & Operations Support: Support MD/CFO in analyzing operational KPIs across units (production efficiency, export revenue, margin tracking). Assist with implementation and monitoring of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TallyPrime, etc.). Prepare regulatory compliance reports including REACH, IFRA, and other international documentation required for exports. Identify and support cost-saving initiatives across departments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: R&D, logistics, international sales, procurement. Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (1–5 years of post-qualification experience). Prior experience in manufacturing, export-oriented units , or chemical / aroma industry preferred. Exposure to global compliance and multi-currency accounting is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Strong command over Indian Accounting Standards , Direct & Indirect Taxation , Export Incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS, etc.). Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , ERP platforms , and financial modeling . Understanding of cost accounting , product costing , and inventory control . Soft Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability.
