GEM and IREPS Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GEM and IREPS Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) portals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling online tenders, documentation, and vendor registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tendering process on GEM and IREPS portals.
• Search, track, and participate in relevant government tenders.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
• Maintain and update vendor registrations and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product specifications, and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on tender status and results.
• Maintain tender documentation and records for audit purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce, business, or engineering background).
• 1–3 years of experience in GEM and/or IREPS tender management.
• Strong understanding of e-procurement and government tendering processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF management).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in documentation, bid evaluation, and compliance checks.
• Knowledge of government procurement policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹9,112.56 - ₹29,991.67 per month
