As a Clarity Developer with 4+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for developing and customizing the CLARITY tool to meet the business needs. Your expertise in Clarity PPM development and strong PL/SQL skills will be essential for this role. You should have a deep understanding of all the modules of CLARITY PPM, including Resource, Project, Time, Demand, Portfolio, and Financial Management. In this position, you will work on CLARITY PPM integrations with other applications, web services, data migrations, GEL scripting, XOG, and Processes. You will also be involved in developing various types of portlets, such as Hierarchical, Graph, Multidimensional, and NSQLs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing JasperSoft Reports, O-data Connector, Data mart, Warehouse, and Time slices. Your responsibilities will include converting business requirements into technical deliveries, designing technical solutions applying best practices, building portlets and reports for reporting, writing workflows to automate processes, and supporting integrations by understanding the architecture and operational support functional. You should also be able to provide effective functional solutions, demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, and exhibit cost awareness, effectiveness, negotiation skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
