We are expanding our corporate sales outreach to serve institutional clients, IT parks, MNCs, and event partners with customized food solutions and partnerships. --- Role Summary We are looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic **Corporate Sales Manager** to develop B2C relationships and drive institutional food sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting proposals, and ensuring consistent revenue from corporate clients. --- Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and target potential corporate clients (e.g., IT companies, business parks, co-working spaces, event organizers) with Hunting technique Generate leads through networking, field visits, cold calling, emails, and referrals. Qualify prospects based on their needs and budget. Sales Strategy & Execution Understand the client’s food service requirements (daily meals, events, bulk orders). Customize food offerings or service plans as per client preferences. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and pricing packages. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order execution and client satisfaction. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Act as a point of contact for corporate accounts and manage expectations. Address and resolve issues quickly and professionally Performance & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals using CRM tools. Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback. --- Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related fields. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the food, catering, or hospitality industry. Proven track record of B2B sales success and target achievement. Strong network in the corporate or institutional space is a plus Skills Required: * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. * Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. * Confidence to independently manage client meetings and site visits. * Positive attitude, self-starter, and target-driven Working Conditions: * Field visits and in-person client meetings with proper PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) * Mandatory travel within the city or nearby regions for client acquisition.
