The Admission Counsellor serves as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing guidance throughout the admission process. The role involves effective communication, relationship-building, and coordination to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every applicant while meeting the institution’s enrolment goals. Key Responsibilities:1. Enquiry Handling & Counselling Attend to admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms. Counsel prospective parents and students about curriculum options (e.g., Cambridge, CBSE, IB, etc.), school ethos, teaching methods, and extracurricular offerings. Schedule and conduct campus tours for parents and prospective students. Provide accurate and updated information on admission policies, fee structure, and documentation requirements. 2. Admission Process Management Coordinate the entire admission process from enquiry to enrolment. Follow up with parents for application forms, document submissions, assessments, and interviews. Maintain and update enquiry and admission trackers in the school management system. Ensure timely communication of admission status to parents.
