Position: Art & Craft Faculty – Early Years Support Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and compassionate Art and Craft faculty member & Mother Teacher who is passionate about nurturing the artistic expression of young learners and supporting their overall development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Early Years students (ages 3–6), creating engaging activities, and providing a safe and joyful learning environment. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Plan and conduct age-appropriate art and craft activities for Early Years students. ✔ Encourage creativity, imagination, and fine motor skills development through hands-on activities. ✔ Assist in classroom management, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment. ✔ Support Early Years teachers in daily routines, transitions, and learning activities. ✔ Observe and report on children’s development and engagement in activities. ✔ Foster a nurturing atmosphere where children feel valued and motivated to learn. Requirements: ✅ Qualification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related fields. ✅ Experience working with young children (preferably 2+ years). ✅ Knowledge of child development and safety practices. ✅ Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills in English ✅ Ability to collaborate with teachers and parents effectively. Preferred: Experience in integrating craft activities with learning themes. First-aid and child care certifications.
