Role Description This is a full-time role for a General Manager Sales Marketing based on-site in Delhi, India. The General Manager Sales Marketing will oversee daily sales operations, manage customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include team management, directing marketing initiatives, general management, and providing excellent customer service.Sales manager shall be from agrochemicals industry background. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Customer Satisfaction Experience in General Management and Team Management Proficiency in Customer Service Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
