Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations and form building. Proven experience leading or mentoring team members, preferably in data or CRM functions. Proficiency in using form-building tools like Form Assembly, Gecko, or similar, integrated with Salesforce. Strong working knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation and data flow. Experience with Salesforce Data Loader for manual data imports and cleanups. Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data structures, and field mapping. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data manipulation and preparation. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Nice to Have: Familiarity with ETL tools, data integration platforms, or middleware solutions. Exposure to Agile project environments and tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience working in or supporting multi-org Salesforce environments. Ready to make an impact?
