Key requirements for this position include upholding safety as the top priority, creating or modifying 3D models and drawings for manufacturing purposes following the latest GD&T standards, configuring product structures in the ERP system, enhancing productivity through CAD customization and automation, collaborating effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals, improving quality parameters to establish a culture of "First Time Right," and utilizing data analysis, intelligent automation, and business intelligence tools to enhance enterprise efficiency. Preferred qualifications that would distinguish you as a candidate include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, experience with SolidWorks and awareness of GD&T principles, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
