What This Role Requires In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PEGA Developer/Lead to design, develop, and implement solutions on the PEGA Foundation platform. The role involves building workflow management systems, integrating with multiple APIs (Data Marts, SharePoint, Fluent, MuleSoft), and enabling reporting via Spotfire, SAP BO, and other downstream systems. The ideal candidate should have strong PEGA development expertise, hands-on integration experience, and knowledge of reporting/analytics ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement workflow management modules such as request creation, review/disposition, resource planning, and report review/approval/publishing. Develop and maintain custom dashboards, audit trails, exception/log handling, notifications, and configuration management within PEGA. Integrate PEGA with external systems via APIs (Schedulers, Datamart, SharePoint, Fluent Engine, MuleSoft). Work with reporting ecosystems such as Spotfire, SAP BO and GDMS to enable seamless data extraction (BIX) and visualization. Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Single Sign-On (OAuth 2.0). Collaborate with business stakeholders (requestors, report owners, reviewers/approvers, schedulers) to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions. Maintain compliance with Life Sciences standards and regulatory requirements . Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and performance tuning of PEGA applications. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC including case management, flows, data pages, activities, and integrations. Experience with PEGA Foundation for Life Sciences or other industry frameworks. Proficiency in designing and developing workflows, dashboards, and business services in PEGA. Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware (MuleSoft). Experience with BIX extraction for downstream reporting and integration with Spotfire/SAP BO/Scheduler . Knowledge of document management and generation systems (e.g., Fluent Engine, GDMS). Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, SSO, and enterprise security standards . Ability to work with cross-functional teams (IT, business, QA, reporting teams). Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications PEGA CSSA / LSA certification. Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain applications. Exposure to cloud-based PEGA implementations . Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Datamarts. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
