We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Scientist to join our clinical research team and contribute to existing and upcoming projects and trials. As a Clinical Research Associate/Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the timely execution of clinical projects by engaging with investigators, planning and setting up new studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendors, and overseeing the implementation and execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include scoping upcoming projects in areas such as Oncology, Reproductive health, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases, planning and setting up new clinical studies, conducting quality control checks on clinical data, managing vendors and contracts, ensuring GCP guidelines adherence, training site staff, troubleshooting issues, tracking study progress, managing costs and timelines, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring proper documentation and records for audits and inspections. Candidates for this position must have a Ph.D. degree in life sciences, with at least 1-2 years of experience in oncology or clinical trials management. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, proficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil languages, and the ability to work in multicultural environments. Travel within and outside the city may be required.
