Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced GDA / Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise GDA and housekeeping staff across shifts
Ensure strict adherence to hospital cleanliness and infection control protocols
Conduct regular rounds to monitor hygiene and housekeeping standards
Train and guide housekeeping and GDA staff
Maintain duty rosters and daily activity logs

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or equivalent
Certification in GDA (General Duty Assistant) preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
