Customer Success Build long-term relationships with procurement managers, R&D and design teams, mechanical heads, and founders. Follow up with customers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships. 4. Market Intelligence ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automating the frontend and engineering tasks. ● Gather customer feedback and share insights with the internal teams to improve our offerings. 5.
