As an Associate in Bug Management Core Team (Release & Deployment) for UK Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting large and complex contracts during the implementation and delivery phase. Your responsibilities will include differentiating bug types, working with Cisco Platform and CCO support tools, and designing and performing code upgrades. You will be expected to implement technical designs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the technical competence of GCS implementation in a global environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of Datacentre, Routing, Switching, and Load balancing designs, as well as scanning network devices for vulnerabilities associated with devices like Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba. You will provide recommendations to customers for bug remediation and vulnerability resolutions, while also producing High Level and Low-Level Implementation Documents using various tools. To excel in this role, you must have professional experience in BUGS scrubbing and a good understanding of various Cisco Platforms such as Routers like ISR 2900/3900/4400, Switches like 2900, 3600, 3750, and Nexus platforms like 9k, 7K, 5k, and 2k. Additionally, hands-on experience with routing protocols, wireless controllers, and multi-vendor environments will be beneficial. Furthermore, your technical skills should include knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Load balancing, DNS, ACL, Routing, VLAN, and VPN, as well as experience with security tools like Juniper SRX, Checkpoint, and ASA. You should have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work in a global environment, and a commitment to security best practices.
