Job Description

As a GCP Support Engineer with expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Google Armor, Google Cloud, GCVE, and networking, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Services** - Managing Compute Engine, including VMs, auto-scaling, and disk management - Utilizing Cloud Storage for buckets and object lifecycle management - Implementing Cloud IAM & Security for role-based access and service accounts - Configuring VPC Networking with firewalls, subnets, and interconnects - **Cloud Armor (Security & DDoS Protection)** - Applying WAF rules for Web Application Firewall - Handling DDoS attacks through rate limiting and filters - Enhancing security by integrating with Cloud Load Balancers - Monitoring & logging Cloud Armor events within GCP - **Terraform (Infrastructure as Code - IaC)** - Developing and managing Terraform configurations to provision infrastructure - Implementing Terraform modules for scalable architecture - Efficiently managing state with terraform.tfstate - **Ansible (Configuration Management & Automation)** - Creating Ansible playbooks to automate tasks - Adhering to Ansible roles & best practices for modular configuration - Managing GCP infrastructure at scale using Ansible Your qualifications should demonstrate proficiency in the mentioned technologies and experience in effectively handling similar responsibilities in the past.
