Responsibilities: Ensuring Cloud technical delivery as per the HSBC standards and security aspects. Implement and maintain Devops principals while delivering and maintaining cloud services with the help of Full Stack Engineer. Co-ordinates release deployment on cloud platform and supports systems in production. Supports GCP platform specific support requests, incidents, issues, tickets to ensure flawless and quality delivery of services to end users. Review and troubleshoot Cloud issues and agree categorization of high/medium/low. Provide visibility of status of action plans for GT cloud technical implementation stories. Challenge where appropriate, decisions made on control implementation. Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics. GCP certifications are plus. Good knowledge around Cloud infra elements like Compute, Storage, Big Data, and Machine Learning basics. Understanding of cloud infrastructure services like PaaS, IaaS, SaaS basics. Good communication skills able to articulate at POD various levels. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail, and demonstrable ownership of problems and tasks. drive and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service and continual improvement.
