The company seeks a Make (Integromat) consultant to design, implement, and document automation workflows integrating ClickUp, SharePoint/OneDrive, SQL databases, and ArcGIS REST services. The consultant will collaborate with operations and data teams to replace or enhance existing Power Automate flows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and secure authentication. This includes designing robust Make scenarios, implementing error handling and logging, and providing documentation and training for internal staff. About the Role The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing automation workflows that integrate various systems and improve existing processes. Responsibilities Design and develop Make scenarios connecting ClickUp, SharePoint/OneDrive, SQL databases, and ArcGIS (Esri) via REST API and webhooks. Replace or improve current Power Automate flows for greater efficiency. Map workflows between systems, including task triggers, document creation, metadata synchronization, SQL updates, and ArcGIS feature updates. Implement routers, iterators, aggregators, and error handlers for optimized flow control. Ensure idempotent processing and adherence to API rate limits and authentication best practices. Configure and maintain scenario logging, error notifications, and retry mechanisms within Make. Create detailed runbooks, architecture diagrams, and scenario blueprints for internal documentation. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and train internal staff to maintain and extend workflows. Optionally provide short-term postimplementation support to refine deployed flows Pilot Project Before full implementation, a paid pilot project will evaluate technical execution and collaboration. Pilot Scope When a ClickUp task reaches Approved status, the Make scenario will. Create a SharePoint/OneDrive folder with synced task metadata. Upsert key task data into SQL (ensuring idempotent updates). Update or create a record in an ArcGIS feature layer via REST API. Write back the success URL and metadata reference to the ClickUp task. Acceptance Criteria No duplicate records or folders upon reprocessing. Comprehensive logging and alerting in Make. Correct permission handling and OAuth2 secure token refresh. Delivery of Make blueprints, runbooks, and a walkthrough session with the internal team. Nice to Have Familiarity with Power Automate Make migration strategies. Prior work automating geospatial or systems-integration workflows. Knowledge of Power BI, Azure functions, or API gateway management. Deliverables Make scenario blueprints (.json exports). Flow architecture and authentication diagrams. Scenario logs and alerting configuration. Maintenance runbook and internal training session. Engagement Structure Discovery and Design: 2 weeks Pilot Implementation: 24 days Review & Signoff: 1 week Full Deployment: To be defined following successful pilot Application Instructions Please include: Examples of Make blueprints or diagrams demonstrating multisystem automations (preferably including SharePoint or ClickUp).
