What we offer: - Competitive compensation - Attractive benefits including security, flexibility, support, and well-being - Engaging employee programs - Technology for hybrid working and great onsite facilities Responsibilities: - Identifying project guidelines and communication needs by reviewing study requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and developing study start-up activities and associated documents. - Defining project plans, establishing reporting schedules, and providing project updates to relevant parties. - Performing project analysis and management, including tracking critical success factors, determining needed resources, and collaborating with department leaders for training. - Providing project team leadership, developing team training, establishing performance expectations, and analyzing team performance. - Supporting Business Development efforts by collaborating on company capabilities calls/meetings and attending professional meetings as a Company representative. - Overseeing project close out activities and performing supervisory functions if applicable. - Maintaining Quality Service and Departmental Standards by adhering to SOPs, enforcing standards, and updating company SOPs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience level, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare field. - Previous management or project experience in clinical development required. - 3+ years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization, preferably in a project management related role. - Working knowledge of GCH, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations. - Medical Imaging experience is a plus. - Experience with computer software including Word, Excel, Access, and Project. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and leadership skills, goal-oriented, and ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
