You are a proactive and technically skilled BIM Coordinator with proven experience in GCC projects. You will be responsible for overseeing BIM implementation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Your role involves coordinating BIM activities, ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans, and industry standards. You will oversee clash detection, model coordination, and integration using tools like Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Additionally, you will support the development and enforcement of project-specific BIM protocols and workflows. Leading coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client teams is an essential part of your job. You will review and validate 3D models for accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and constructability. Managing digital content libraries, maintaining model integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and mentoring interns and junior staff are also key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. You must have at least 7 years of relevant BIM coordination experience, including hands-on work in GCC-based projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM360 is required. An understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and familiarity with international and GCC-specific BIM standards and codes is essential. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural BIM Modeler to create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for various structural engineering projects. The Structural BIM Modeler will work closely with structural engineers, designers, and other BIM specialists to produce high-quality models and documentation that comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant building codes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field. Gulf project experience must. Structural Knowledge Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, concepts, and terminologies. Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design intent. Basic knowledge of relevant international and local building codes and standards. Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is essential. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting). Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination. Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000) is a plus, but not a primary requirement for a pure modeling role.
