GC and Pattern making fashion designing teach

Job Title: Faculty – Pattern Making & Garment Construction Location: Lenore Institute of Design Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pattern Making and Garment Construction Faculty to join our fashion institute. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in pattern development, garment stitching, and construction techniques. Responsibilities: * Teach students the fundamentals and advanced techniques of pattern making and garment construction * Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and assignments * Guide students through project work and final submissions * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback * Keep up-to-date with current trends and industry standards * Ensure proper usage and maintenance of sewing machines and lab equipment Requirements: * Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field * Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in pattern making and garment construction * Proficient in draping, stitching, drafting, and finishing techniques * Good communication and classroom management skills * Passion for teaching and mentoring students Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with industrial machines (lockstitch, overlock, etc.) * Knowledge of CAD pattern software (optional but preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
