Candidate Expectation & Job Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation professional to lead our HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving cultural change. Lead HR transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency Develop and implement strategic HR plans to align with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Develop and manage budgets for HR transformation initiatives Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 12+ years of experience in HR transformation, with a focus on process improvement and cultural change Proven track record of leading successful HR transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms
