The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, responding to inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling consultations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions, following up with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and client management Proficiency in using telecommunication software and tools Ability to handle and resolve client queries professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
