Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive – Real Estate Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore Department: Accounts & Administration Reports to: MD Job Purpose: To manage the day-to-day accounts, finance, and administrative operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and administration support to real estate business activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare project-wise financial reports, cost sheets, and expense tracking for real estate projects. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist in preparing MIS reports, monthly financial statements, and cash flow projections. Coordinate with auditors, and banks for audits. Maintain records of agreements, contracts, licenses, and company statutory documents. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and MS Office. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting. 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Admin (preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry). Knowledge of RERA compliance, project accounting, and real estate documentation will be an added advantage. We are looking immediate joiners.
