Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new diverse business opportunities particularly in the areas of temporary and permanent man-month staffing solutions, activity-based solution, other diverse service offerings by developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth, market research, client relationship management, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives. Experience: 10 to 15 years Requirements: · Strong skills in Business Development TEMP/Perm staffing, Market Research, and Strategic Planning · Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Development · Excellent skills in Project Management, Presentation, and Proposal Writing · Exceptional communication and negotiation skills · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams · Experience in the IT industry is a must. · Willingness to travel as needed
