Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: SaaS, Mobile(Project Management Division) Location: On-site Reports To: Senior Project Manager Experience Level: 0.5 – 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-savvy Business Development Executive to support our growing client delivery vertical. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of client projects, efficient team coordination, timely communication, and adherence to delivery timelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional organizational skills, and is looking to build a long-term career in project management within the tech and digital services sector. A. Key Responsibilities: Project Onboarding, Coordination & Tracking Assist in managing multiple client projects simultaneously under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager. Track task assignments, worklogs, and project timelines using internal tools Follow up with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA, DevOps) to ensure deliverables are on track. B. Client Communication Support Draft meeting minutes, status updates, and weekly progress reports. Attend client calls, document requirements, and relay critical feedback to internal stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of scope changes, blockers, and escalations. C. Operational & Administrative Support Maintain project documentation, Gantt charts, time tracking logs, and delivery plans. Coordinate resource availability, leave planning, and reallocation requests with HR or department heads. Support invoice generation, time tracking approvals, and delivery closure activities. D. Quality & Delivery Assurance Collaborate with QA to ensure timely testing cycles and defect resolution before release. Assist in final review of deliverables against scope prior to client submission. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a project coordination or client operations role (IT industry preferred). Strong command of written and spoken English. Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) is a plus. Extra: Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or JIRA). Extra: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Preferred Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Strong time management with a bias for action. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in a dynamic, high-load environment. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving tech ecosystem. Compensation: As per industry standards + performance-based incentives Working Hours: Monthly basis (8 hours per day) Joining Timeline: Immediate
