Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager and Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales operations in Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Banglore, Hyderabad & Mumbai . The candidate will be responsible for driving distribution and B2C sales , managing channel partners, and meeting sales targets in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development: Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners across the assigned territory. B2C Sales: Promote direct sales to end consumers including homeowners, builders, painters, and architects. Market Penetration: Drive brand visibility in retail counters, hardware stores, and paint markets. Team Handling: Recruit and manage local sales executives and field representatives. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement area-specific sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product demos. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients, handle queries, and provide after-sales support. Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly MIS, sales reports, and competitor activity reports. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Paints / Building Materials / FMCG Sales. Strong network of painters, contractors, and retailers in the assigned cities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team leader. Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
