The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, mentoring sales staff, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes. Qualifications Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills Team Leadership and Mentoring experience Proficiency in Analyzing Sales Data and Setting Sales Targets Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
