Role Overview: Oversees end-to-end execution of villa projects, including planning, budgeting, quality control, and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies. Ensure work aligns with approved designs and standards. Team & Contractor Management Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Conduct site meetings and resolve execution challenges. Quality & Safety Enforce construction standards, safety protocols, and RERA compliance. Implement QA/QC processes on site. Cost & Time Management Monitor budgets and handle cost escalations. Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal variance. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with architects, consultants, and legal teams. Manage client expectations and customizations. Reporting Submit MIS reports, billing documentation, and progress updates. Maintain all project documentation. Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil (MBA in Project Mgmt preferred). 815 years in real estate, with 5+ in villa/gated communities. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance knowledge.
