Key Responsibilities: Centre Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative and academic operations of the centre. Ensure all classes and faculty schedules run smoothly and efficiently. Monitor and maintain infrastructure, cleanliness, and IT support. Admissions & Counseling: Handle walk-in and online student inquiries. Counsel prospective students/parents about GATE courses and admission process. Achieve enrolment targets through strategic follow-ups and relationship management. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with faculty, counselors, and support staff. Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to ensure high productivity. Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events, seminars, and outreach activities. Contribute ideas to boost visibility and student admissions. Student Engagement & Feedback: Maintain a strong rapport with students. Handle grievances, feedback, and ensure a positive learning environment. MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of admissions, attendance, fees, and operations. Submit regular reports to management on centre performance and KPIs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Management or Engineering). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and people management abilities. Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing (preferred).
