Job Summary - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to work with our field & development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, new design, automation product selection & after-sales service support. This role requires strong problem-solving, and technical expertise to drive innovation and maintain high-quality service standards. Key Responsibilities - Knowledge of troubleshooting various PLC/ DCS/ HMI/ SCADA/ web interface/ embedded boards installed on various machine applications. Knowledge of various communication protocols like RS485/ TCIP/ cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain. Work on new automation projects. Stay updated with emerging technologies and engineering best practices to drive continuous improvement. Manage inter-departmental documentation coordination with team members. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical engineering. 2+ years of experience in field work/ troubleshooting. Working experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, etc PLC/HMI. Experience working with embedded boards. Understanding of logic/ interlocks. Wiring diagnostics & debugging. Excellent team member, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders.
