Job Description Position - Project Management Coordinator Company - Pune Gas Projects Pvt Ltd Location - Pune HO Position Overview We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our execution team for turnkey LPG and gas projects at Pune Gas. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and the project execution team while tracking multiple projects, ensuring timely progress, and managing stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor the progress of multiple LPG and gas projects across different locations. Act as a bridge between the sales team, project execution team, and customers , ensuring alignment. Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate issues for resolution. Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal teams, clients, and vendors updated on project timelines and key milestones. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure smooth execution of projects. Provide regular project status reports to leadership. Administrative & ERP Management: Maintain and update project data on the Project Management ERP system . Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements are managed efficiently. Assist in resource planning and allocation. Process Improvement & Compliance: Assist in standardizing project execution processes for improved efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards for all projects. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, engineering project execution, or project administration . Technical Knowledge: Exposure to LPG, gas systems, or industrial project management will be an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
