Role & responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor group of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Project Execution: Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage switchgears like Live Tank Breakers or Dead Tank Breakers and or Gas Insulated Switchgear. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are met its quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering on control and protection schemes. Conversant with IEEE / IEC standards related Switchgears are added advantage. Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
