Key Responsibilities: Manage and support tender submission processes , GeM (Government E market place) , including documentation and online/offline filing. Handle sales software/CRM tools for quotation and order management. Prepare and share quotations, track status, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Coordinate with customers for purchase orders and maintain proper documentation. Manage customer interactions and ensure timely updates on orders and services. Regular payment follow-up with clients to ensure on-time collections. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers. Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks.
