Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Prepare Garnish Tray as per the SOP for each shift as per par stock. Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and taking orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces. Adhere to all beverage control proc edures to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for replenishment as needed to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies. Conduct daily and Weekly inventory a nd send all reports for Excise department update. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and menu offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
