Garments - Quality Assurance

As an inline Quality Control Inspector at our company, your role will involve ensuring the smooth operations of the production process for new styles. Your responsibilities will include: - Keeping a measuring tape, specs sheets, Alter stickers, and inline reports handy during inline checking. - Checking the availability of all required materials. - Ensuring the cleanliness of the machines. - Promptly replacing any needles making holes and using the appropriate needle for garment requirements. - Identifying and addressing damaged or out-of-order machines. - Verifying sewing thread shades as per the PPC file and ensuring color matching. - Checking garments for quality standards post machine maintenance. - Confirming proper attachment of trims such as collar cuff, tapes, buttons, labels, placket, and sleeves. - Verifying the correct placement of labels, pockets, printing, or embroidery. - Thoroughly inspecting all bundles to ensure 100% checking. - Ensuring stitching alterations are carried out correctly post-QC inspection. - Signing the bundles barcode upon completion. - Promptly reporting any ongoing faults during inline inspection to the relevant authorities for immediate corrective action. - Following instructions to check highlighted areas and operator numbers as directed by Senior QC or Supervisor. - Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by the management.
