As a Garment Sampling/Production Coordination and Customer Service professional for women's apparel, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between the New York office and factories in China. Your role will also involve collaborating with customers, stores, and sales representatives to address their requirements. While this position is primarily remote, it may entail occasional travel. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with factories in China, as well as the New York office and warehouse. You will be tasked with creating time and action calendars, tracking progress from inception to completion, and generating sales spreadsheets for the USA market. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments for logistics purposes and maintain well-organized records and folders. Candidates with the ability to travel to China will be preferred. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with prior experience working with China. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a must. The ideal candidate will be diligent, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.,
